Service bookings can be canceled before the technician is assigned or dispatched.

Once the technician is assigned or on the way, cancellation charges may apply.
Refund Policy:

Inspection/visiting charges are non-refundable.

If advance payment is made and service is not delivered, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

No refund will be provided once the service is completed.
